Considering implant treatment for a single missing anterior tooth

چکیده

インプラント治療の治療計画において,残存歯の抜歯の可否,ならびに隣在歯の修復の可否,治療期間や審美性を考慮し,十分な咬合力に耐えうるインプラントの埋入本数,埋入位置・方向等を計画したうえで,患者の要望を踏まえ,エビデンスレベルの高い治療の選択肢を提案することが重要である.特に前歯部のインプラント治療では,審美性等の患者の要望,侵襲の度合い,治療期間,治療の予後等も踏まえ治療計画を提示する必要がある.インプラント治療は,他の天然歯に対する補綴治療に勝ることはなく,あくまで代替治療であることを理解して治療を進めるべきであると考える.
